We want every Heathen Farms customer to understand how orders, shipping, local pickup, returns, and personal information are handled. These policies are written for a small family farm and workshop. When questions arise, we will always do our best to communicate honestly and reach a fair solution.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Order Processing
Heathen Farms is a small family-operated farm and workshop. Most orders are prepared for shipment within three to five business days.
Processing may take longer during farmers-market weeks, holidays, severe weather, large order volumes, or periods of heavy farm work. Customers will be contacted if an unusual delay affects their order.
United States Shipping
We currently ship physical products within the United States using the shipping method displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the combined product weight in the order. Delivery estimates begin after the package has been transferred to the carrier and do not include our processing time.
Tracking information will be provided when it is available.
Heathen Farms is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, incorrect routing, or other circumstances outside our control. We will, however, assist customers when a shipment appears lost or seriously delayed.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact Heathen Farms immediately after ordering if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or that the package can be recovered.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Newburg, Pennsylvania by arrangement.
Customers must wait for a Ready for Pickup email before traveling to Heathen Farms. That message will provide the pickup location, available pickup window, and any necessary instructions.
Orders are not automatically ready when placed. Because pickup occurs at our family property, the complete address is shared privately with confirmed pickup customers rather than displayed publicly.
Please contact us if you cannot collect an order during the proposed pickup window.
International Shipping
Heathen Farms does not currently offer international shipping.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER PROBLEMS

Standard Returns
To request a return, contact Heathen Farms through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Coloring books must be uncolored, unmarked, and free from damage. Rune hangers and other handmade goods must be returned with their original packaging when reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Heathen Farms made an error with the order.
Do not mail a return until Heathen Farms has responded with instructions.
Handmade and Natural Variation
Rune hangers and other handmade products may vary in wood grain, bark, shape, color, markings, and burned details.
These natural and handmade differences are part of the product and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact Heathen Farms within seven days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include:
-The order number
-A description of the problem
-Clear photographs of the item
-Photographs of the shipping package when damage occurred during transit
After reviewing the information, Heathen Farms may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless Heathen Farms determines that a return is unnecessary.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a completed refund.
Cancellations
Contact Heathen Farms as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
We will make a reasonable effort to cancel orders that have not been packed or shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are generally nonreturnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
-Customized or personalized goods
-Used, colored, written-in, or damaged coloring books
-Clearance or final-sale merchandise clearly marked as such
-Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling
